Descriere
- Build and maintain backend services and core platform components for Streamline products.
- Help fellow engineers deliver high-quality software.
- Lead complex production migrations and architectural improvements while preserving reliability and limiting customer disruption.
- Find and fix backend performance bottlenecks as the platform grows.
- Take technical work from architecture and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and continued optimization.
- Work with a small engineering team to make practical technical decisions and support long-term scalability.
- Contribute to the platform’s technical direction.
Cerințe
- Bring at least six years of software engineering experience.
- Have a strong backend development background and experience building and operating production systems.
- Understand backend architecture, distributed systems, databases, caching, and performance optimization in depth.
- Have evolved complex production systems through migrations and architectural changes while maintaining reliability and availability.
- Have worked in engineering environments where scalability, performance, and reliability are critical.
- Write strong code and be comfortable working across backend services and infrastructure.
- Use sound technical judgment to navigate complex codebases, design clear abstractions, and weigh simplicity, performance, and maintainability.
- Be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
- Have U.S. work authorization, as required by the application form.
