Descriere

  • Coordinate enterprise financial processes across regions.
  • Maintain the Finance Strategic Management System.
  • Carry out the financial audit plan and coordinate external auditors.
  • Coordinate agendas for audit committee and internal management meetings.
  • Plan and deliver strategic initiatives that advance financial deliverables.
  • Oversee the finance calendar, status calls, milestones, and process documentation.
  • Manage Finance projects through completion.
  • Support initiative planning and adjust the strategic plan as needed.
  • Work with business leaders and follow up on action items through resolution.
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities with Data & Analytics and Finance teams.
  • Prepare executive communications and presentations for company, investor, board, and audit committee audiences.
  • Prepare monthly reports for audit and board meetings.
  • Maintain Finance content on internal and intranet platforms.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to keep organizational messaging consistent.
  • Coordinate audit materials and act as the primary liaison with PwC.

Cerințe

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting is preferred; Operations or Project Management is an advantage.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of (re)insurance or other financial markets.
  • Knowledge of audit processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong planning abilities.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle competing deadlines.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth organization is preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other office applications.
