Associate Clinical Trial Manager
Support global clinical trials at Medpace, a full-service CRO, by managing study records, timelines, supplies, meetings, and coordination across teams.
Descriere
- Coordinate global study activities with Project Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers.
- Complete recurring tasks accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare and maintain study-specific status reports in the clinical trial management system.
- Work with internal project teams, sponsors, study sites, and external vendors.
- Oversee and quality-check the internal regulatory filing system.
- Manage and monitor study supplies.
- Develop and maintain project timelines.
- Arrange project meetings and prepare clear, accurate minutes.
- Complete intensive training and build skills for a career in Clinical Trial Management.
Cerințe
- A PhD in a life sciences field is required; candidates nearing completion of a PhD and postdoctoral researchers are welcome to apply.
- Experience or academic background in oncology, hematology, neuroscience, ophthalmology, immunology, infectious disease, cardiovascular disease, renal medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, endocrinology, or metabolism.
- Fluent English and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing industry.
- Interest in applying analytical and academic skills to clinical project administration and management.
