Assistant BIM Engineer (MEPF Modeller)
Develop accurate Revit MEPF models and coordinated drawings for Mott MacDonald projects spanning water, buildings, transport and energy. The role supports BIM delivery and coordination across international infrastructure work.
Descriere
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM MEPF models to project requirements, BIM standards and discipline guidelines.
- Coordinate MEP services across disciplines and take part in clash detection.
- Produce MEPF drawings, layouts, schedules and sheet sets from BIM models.
- Create, update and manage Revit families, templates and project parameters.
- Use Revit worksharing environments while preserving model integrity.
- Apply Revit modelling standards, naming conventions and content libraries.
- Review models and drawings for inconsistencies, clashes and modelling errors.
- Help project teams maintain model quality, data accuracy and required LOD.
- Help implement project BIM Execution Plans, modelling standards, workflows and best practices.
- Join coordination meetings and help resolve discipline-specific design and constructability issues.
- Run clash detection and model reviews in Navisworks, ACC or comparable coordination platforms.
- Deliver accurate, coordinated outputs within agreed project timelines.
- Work with senior BIM Engineers, Coordinators and Managers to meet project goals and client requirements.
- Maintain model health through consistent naming, project standards and data management practices.
- Contribute feedback on BIM workflows, tools and processes to support continuous improvement.
- Keep up with emerging BIM technologies, software capabilities and industry practices.
Cerințe
- Bring 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Revit MEP modelling, coordination and drawing production.
- Hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Understand MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Public Health Engineering (PHE) and Fire Protection.
- Be familiar with LOD/LOI requirements and information management principles.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively.
- Pay close attention to detail and modelling and drawing accuracy.
- Knowledge of BIM automation tools such as Dynamo or similar scripting solutions is desirable.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and industry best practices is desirable.
- Experience across multiple sectors is desirable.
- Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing project needs.
- Hold a valid Right to Work (RTW) document in India.
- Accepted RTW documents include a Passport, Voter ID or Birth Certificate.
