AIF Custody Consultant
Oversee custody operations for alternative investment funds within RÖDL’s advisory business in Vienna. Monitor transactions, net asset values, payments, asset segregation, and regulatory compliance.
Descriere
- Ensure fund custody activities meet legal and contractual obligations
- Track liquidity movements and transactions
- Review and approve payments, net asset value calculations, and annual financial statements
- Safeguard assets and maintain their proper segregation
- Liaise with AIFMs, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Support tax advisory work on capital investments and AIFs, and help structure complex fund products
Cerințe
- Hold a degree in economics or business, or an equivalent finance qualification
- An interest in venture capital or private equity is an advantage
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have excellent German and English skills
- Work independently and in a structured manner
- Bring strong teamwork and communication skills
- Demonstrate accountability and integrity
