  • Develop creative concepts and assets for paid social and digital channels, including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Use AI to expand a single concept into numerous effective creative variations
  • Maintain a high standard of quality across AI-generated creative assets
  • Present creative concepts and work to clients for discussion and feedback
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and analysts across Stockholm, New York, and Bulgaria
  • Use performance insights to guide the next creative concepts and assets
  • Create agents and automations that streamline repetitive production tasks
  • Develop an ad workflow in a new AI tool and present the concept, node graph, and completed asset if you advance in the hiring process

Cerințe

  • Sound creative judgement and the ability to make effective visual decisions
  • Experience creating repeatable, node-based workflows in tools such as Figma Weave, FLORA, Runway, or comparable environments
  • Ability to use AI to develop many variations from one concept while preserving creative quality
  • Understanding of visual storytelling across motion, static advertising, UGC-style content, and filmed brand work
  • Confidence setting up agents and automations for repetitive production tasks
  • Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or other AI assistants to accelerate creative workflows
  • Ability to articulate why a creative asset is effective
  • Strong visual skills in layout, typography, motion, and editing
  • Several years of professional design experience, ideally in advertising, social media, or performance marketing
  • Curiosity and initiative when evaluating new creative tools
  • Fluent English
  • Swedish is beneficial but not required
  • Portfolio or reel required
  • Willingness to complete a practical workflow, ad creation, and presentation exercise during the application process
