Descriere

  • Shape enterprise, functional, and solution architecture for the Customer Interaction platform
  • Design marketing technology architectures using Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Workfront
  • Architect internal integration components linking the global platform with local systems
  • Create secure, scalable data and integration architectures, with a focus on AWS environments
  • Convert business and functional needs into practical technical and architectural solutions
  • Define reusable integration patterns and architectural standards
  • Keep global platform architecture aligned with country-level implementations
  • Partner with program teams delivering the global platform across multiple countries
  • Define and verify integration architecture spanning global and local systems
  • Guide architecture throughout implementation and platform evolution initiatives
  • Serve as the technical and architectural authority for Adobe Experience Platform solutions
  • Work with business, functional, and technical stakeholders to clarify needs and solve architectural issues
  • Verify that implementations follow the target architecture and enterprise standards
  • Support technical decisions and assess alternative architectural approaches
  • Evaluate application portfolios across multiple countries
  • Set the scope and interfaces between the global Customer Interaction platform and other global platforms
  • Support enterprise architecture work and strategic technology planning
  • Develop architecture proposals, documentation, and presentations for senior leaders and steering committees
  • Find opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize the application landscape
  • Coordinate with enterprise, solution, data, and technical architects to maintain alignment

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform Customer Data Platform (CDP)
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Background designing enterprise and solution architecture for customer interaction or marketing technology platforms
  • Solid understanding of data architecture and integration
  • Experience creating solution architectures in AWS environments
  • Experience connecting cloud platforms with on-premises or local enterprise systems
  • Strong communication skills with business, functional, technical, and architecture stakeholders
  • Experience in large-scale, enterprise, or international settings
  • Strong command of integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and distributed architectures
  • Ability to turn business and functional requirements into technical and architectural designs
  • Strong documentation and presentation capabilities, including materials for senior management
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Advanced English proficiency at C1 level
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience is preferred
  • Adobe Workfront experience is preferred
  • Experience in marketing technology, customer experience, CRM, or customer data platforms is preferred
  • Experience with additional AWS services and cloud-native architectures is preferred
  • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies is preferred
  • Experience delivering global platforms across multiple countries is preferred
  • Experience managing application portfolios and assessing technology landscapes is preferred
  • Experience engaging senior management and steering committees is preferred
  • Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance for enterprise data platforms is preferred
