Accounting Manager
Lead accounting operations, reporting, controls, and audits at 3D Glass Solutions. Partner with the CFO to provide financial information for business decisions.
Descriere
- Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly and annual close.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for accurate, timely processing.
- Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements.
- Establish and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
- Mentor accounting staff; the role may begin as an individual contributor and grow into a supervisory position.
- Support budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate annual audits and tax filings with external auditors and tax preparers.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Oversee daily cash flow reporting and assist with treasury administration.
- Improve processes within current accounting systems and identify opportunities to assess new tools.
- Conduct financial analysis and special projects as assigned by the CFO.
- Work with the CFO to provide accurate financial data for business decisions.
Cerințe
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least five years of progressive accounting experience, including month-end close and financial statement preparation.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and accounting or ERP software such as NetSuite, Sage, or Xero.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- CPA credential or progress toward CPA preferred.
- Manufacturing, design, or engineering industry experience preferred.
- Experience at a small or midsize company or startup preferred.
