Apraksts

  • Coordinate projects through each stage of their lifecycle with Development Managers, Project Managers, Designers, and other internal teams.
  • Help expand into new markets, products, and partnerships by onboarding partners and markets, adapting training materials, setting up accounts and access, and training partners on processes and policies.
  • Work with partners to resolve issues, answer questions, recommend escalations, and improve processes.
  • Review project plans, contracts, and related documents using knowledge of solar system design and installation management.
  • Set strategies and objectives to address obstacles, competing projects, requests, inquiries, and deadlines.
  • Check documents against contractual terms and Sunrun’s milestone requirements.
  • Verify data against contract packages for accuracy and completeness in line with company policy and SOX requirements.
  • Process and approve project milestones, then communicate decisions to internal teams and partners.
  • Analyze data to improve automation, workflows, processes, cycle times, and deployment methods.
  • Prioritize and handle requests from Installation, Project Finance, Accounts Payable, and other teams.
  • Maintain project management tools and prepare accurate data tapes for recurring requests and SOX compliance.
  • Use Salesforce and database reports for recurring audits and to resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Meet deadlines, manage competing requests, and work effectively across teams and levels.

Prasības

  • At least four years of work experience.
  • Experience with solar and data systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, and project management tools is preferred.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines and independently resolve problems.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
  • Communicates effectively with peers and colleagues across levels and departments.
  • Highly organized.
  • Compensation assumes the successful candidate will be based in a United States market where the stated compensation applies.
