Apraksts

  • Manage collections for Datcard and Sorna, including proactive customer outreach and follow-up.
  • Record customer payments in QuickBooks and apply cash promptly.
  • Process and record customer check and credit card payments and deposits.
  • Oversee payables for Datcard, Sorna, and Avandra.
  • Review, code, and process vendor bills to support timely payments.
  • Keep financial records accurate and organized according to company standards.
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
  • Work with the Director of Finance and Accounting and the broader finance team on reporting, close activities, and process improvements.
  • Handle daily financial operations across multiple operating entities.

Prasības

  • At least five years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting.
  • Practical experience with cash collections and payment application.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software.
  • Careful attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work independently.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, growing environment with multiple entities.
