Create lo-fi social content and build online communities for Born Social, a social-first creative agency. The role combines trend-led ideation, copywriting, performance reporting, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

- Produce and edit native lo-fi meme and video content for Instagram Reels, Instagram Stories, and TikTok
- Track community and cultural moments to develop timely opportunities for clients
- Manage and respond to community messages
- Find proactive ways to connect with new audiences beyond tagged mentions
- Write social-first responses using relevant copy and creative approaches
- Develop written and visual content informed by social trends, audience insights, brand understanding, and tone of voice
- Create community replies and captions for social posts
- Assess organic content results and communicate performance insights and creative analysis
- Work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Client Services teams
- Maintain regular communication to help deliver high-quality social-first client work
Prasības
- Hands-on experience producing and editing native lo-fi content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Strong working knowledge of major social media platforms
- Awareness of current social trends and popular culture
- Fast-thinking community manager with a strong sense of humor
- Clear understanding of social in-jokes and platform language
- Able to work at pace and respond to rapidly changing trends
- Comfortable with collaborative, in-person communication and teamwork
- Consistently committed to precise, high-quality work
- Demonstrates ambition and a willingness to keep developing
- At least two years of social media experience, preferably within an agency
