Create social-first video and visual content for Unity, the game engine behind games and 3D experiences. Develop platform strategies and campaigns, then use performance data to refine the creative.

- Shape Unity’s presence across social platforms
- Develop and deliver creative social media strategies informed by data
- Produce visual assets from start to finish, including short vertical videos, graphics, GIFs, carousels, and trend-led content
- Plan and carry out strategies and tactics tailored to each platform
- Work with teams across the company to extend the reach of Unity campaigns
- Support the editorial calendar, content pipeline, and publishing workflow
- Assess results using performance data and adjust creative strategy
- Keep up with design trends, video editing methods, and social media practices

- Demonstrated success growing a brand’s social media presence
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
- Strong command of pacing and visual storytelling for social content
- Clear communicator who can make technical ideas relatable
- Experience working with influencers or creators
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving, distributed team
- Comfort in front of or behind the camera
- Combines creative judgment with analytical thinking
- Understands how to adapt complex subjects into platform-native formats, hooks, and visuals
- Familiarity with Unity products or technology, gaming, 3D creation, or real-time technology communities

- Experience managing social media communities
