Senior Test Lead, AI-Native Delivery Pod
Lead quality strategy, testing practices, and technical standards for ELEKS’ AI-native software delivery pod. This hybrid contract role is based in Krakow, Poland.
Apraksts
- Help establish the pod’s quality strategy and standards
- Define processes and technical approaches for the AI-native delivery pod
- Contribute to architecture, coding, and prototyping
- Provide technical leadership and consulting
- Support pre-sales activities
- Work with a cross-functional team using AI-native engineering practices
Prasības
- At least 6 years of software testing experience, with proficiency in manual and automated testing
- Experience on an AI-native project is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Adaptable approach and openness to trying new methods
