Apraksts

  • Manage electrical commodities such as cables, harnesses, capacitors, connectors, PCBs, PCB assemblies, and chips.
  • Guide supplier production strategies from new product introduction through full production.
  • Assess supplier capabilities, factory layouts, facilities, and workforces for Approved Supplier List consideration.
  • Support sourcing and supplier quality teams in maintaining supplier quality standards.
  • Launch production tooling and lines at supplier sites.
  • Confirm materials, processes, and tools meet product performance, quality, and demand needs.
  • Lead supplier capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-ups.
  • Establish and lead statistical process control reviews with suppliers.
  • Drive product and process improvements, including factory layout optimization.
  • Lower part costs and supply risks, eliminate defects, and improve cycle times.
  • Support supplier root-cause task forces and complete corrective and preventive actions.
  • Work with engineering, quality, supply chain, manufacturing teams, and suppliers.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • At least six years of supplier quality and industrialization experience in manufacturing.
  • Relevant technical expertise in the applicable category, such as electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, or GD&T.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, high tech, or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and certifications.
  • Familiarity with developing high-tech products in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
