Prasības
- At least five years of experience with React Native and Expo
- Experience shipping high-quality apps for iOS and Android
- A demonstrable track record building B2B apps
- Experience migrating an existing app to React Native
- Fluency in TypeScript
- Experience addressing performance and security considerations
- Demonstrated real-world experience with AI projects
- Ability to drive AI adoption across an engineering team
- Automated testing experience, including using AI to write and maintain tests
- A product engineering mindset focused on user outcomes
- Experience working closely with product teams, designers, and design systems
- Experience helping engineers learn a new framework through pairing, coaching, and code review
- Experience joining established teams and making an impact quickly
- Experience in operations, compliance, field service, or workflow software is a bonus
