Apraksts

Oversee and optimize properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.
Create, publish, and improve listings, including their photos, descriptions, and SEO.
Use dynamic pricing strategies to increase property revenue.
Handle bookings and guest communications, including check-ins and disputes.
Arrange cleaning and maintenance between guest stays.
Find property owners seeking to outsource the day-to-day operation of their properties.
Optionally recruit City Managers through the referral program and earn commission on their activity.

Able to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships.
Experience in real estate, sales, or another field is welcome but not required.
Motivated and proactive.
Work independently with support from an established network.
