Senior Java Back-End Developer
Builds scalable data platforms for a global insights and strategy firm as part of a distributed team. Develops APIs, AI and LLM solutions, and data visualization features.

- Develop and support products and features throughout their lifecycle.
- Apply and assess AI and LLM solutions to address business needs and improve processes.
- Work with engineers on technical architecture and challenging engineering problems.
- Apply software development lifecycle and documentation practices.
- Create quality designs, write unit tests, automate suitable processes, and review code.
- Analyze initiatives with teams across the organization and recommend solutions.
- Maintain performance, reliability, quality, security, and testability in high-traffic, highly available systems.
- Adopt new technologies to improve applications.
- Build scalable data visualization solutions.
Prasības
- At least five years of Java experience.
- At least one year of experience with JavaScript and React each.
- At least three years of SQL experience, ideally with PostgreSQL or Redshift.
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming, and performance optimization.
- Experience designing and building RESTful backend services.
- Experience writing and maintaining automated unit tests.
- Experience with product experimentation, A/B testing, and business metrics or KPIs.
- Experience working with cross-functional product teams.
- Experience building scalable data visualization solutions.
