Senior IAM Consultant – Stockholm, Hybrid
Implement SailPoint, Saviynt and Okta identity solutions for Integrity360 clients. The role covers enterprise integrations, identity governance and client delivery.

- Design and optimise enterprise IAM solutions for clients.
- Lead and support IAM delivery throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Implement IAM platforms including SailPoint, Saviynt and Okta.
- Turn business needs into technical requirements, solution designs, configurations and implementation documents.
- Deliver identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover and leaver workflows, provisioning, deprovisioning and account reconciliation.
- Configure roles, entitlements, access policies, requests, approvals, certifications and access reviews.
- Integrate IAM platforms with directories, HR systems, applications, databases and APIs.
- Configure and support Okta integrations, lifecycle management, provisioning, authentication and access policies, SSO, MFA, APIs, SCIM and Workflows as needed.
- Resolve provisioning, authentication, workflow, connector and integration issues.
- Support platform upgrades, maintenance, health checks and optimisation.
- Plan and support system, integration and user acceptance testing, investigating and resolving defects.
- Create solution designs, configuration guides, runbooks, SOPs and implementation records.
- Explain technical concepts to clients and colleagues, and manage expectations.
- Support project planning, estimates, delivery tracking, status updates and risk and issue management.
- Mentor junior consultants and share technical knowledge to improve delivery.
Prasības
- Current legal authorisation to work in the country where the role is based; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Around five years of relevant experience in IAM, enterprise identity implementation or support, systems integration, or technical consulting.
- Hands-on implementation and support experience with at least one of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQ, Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, or Okta.
- Practical knowledge of identity lifecycle management, provisioning and deprovisioning, joiner-mover-leaver processes, access governance and role-based access control.
- Experience connecting identity platforms to Active Directory or LDAP, cloud directories, HR systems, databases and REST or SOAP APIs.
- Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON and XML; SCIM, SAML or OpenID Connect experience is especially relevant for Okta delivery.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across identity workflows, connectors, provisioning and integrations.
- Experience producing technical documentation and supporting testing and deployment.
- Confident client-facing communication and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- SailPoint experience with Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQ, including workflows, connectors, roles or policies, transforms, or comparable configuration.
- Saviynt EIC or IGA experience, including lifecycle management, access request workflows, integrations, correlation and reconciliation, RBAC, entitlements, segregation of duties and certification campaigns.
- Okta experience with application integrations, lifecycle management and provisioning, authentication and access policies, SSO, MFA, APIs, SCIM or Workflows.
- Experience with more than one IAM or IGA platform is desirable.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP is desirable.
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM integrations is desirable.
- Exposure to security, audit, governance or compliance requirements is desirable.
- Experience mentoring junior consultants or contributing to reusable delivery standards is desirable.
- Vendor certifications are an advantage but are not essential.
- Practical IAM experience is essential; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered alongside formal qualifications.
- Additional identity, cloud, security or integration certifications are an advantage.
