Senior IAM Consultant – SailPoint, Saviynt and Okta
Implement and support SailPoint, Saviynt and Okta identity solutions for Integrity360 clients. Work across integrations, access governance and technical consulting in a hybrid role in France.

- Shape and support enterprise identity and access management solutions from design through deployment and ongoing operations.
- Implement SailPoint, Saviynt or Okta solutions in line with client needs and approved designs.
- Turn business needs into technical requirements, solution designs, configurations and implementation records.
- Support joiner, mover and leaver workflows, including provisioning, deprovisioning, account matching and reconciliation.
- Set up and maintain roles, entitlements, access policies, requests, approvals, certifications and access reviews.
- Connect identity platforms with directories, HR systems, applications, databases and APIs.
- Configure Okta integrations, lifecycle management, provisioning, authentication, access policies, SSO and MFA, APIs, SCIM and Workflows as needed.
- Resolve provisioning, authentication, workflow, connector and integration problems; assist with upgrades, maintenance, health checks and optimization.
- Plan and support system, integration and user acceptance testing, investigating and resolving defects.
- Create solution designs, configuration records, runbooks, standard procedures and implementation documentation.
- Explain technical topics to client contacts and internal teams, and manage expectations for delivery.
- Assist with project planning, estimates, delivery tracking, status updates, and risk and issue management.
- Guide junior consultants and share technical knowledge to improve delivery.
Prasības
- Around five years of relevant experience in IAM, enterprise identity implementation or support, systems integration, or technical consulting.
- Must already have the legal right to work in France; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Hands-on implementation and support experience with at least one of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQ, Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud, or Okta.
- Practical knowledge of identity lifecycle management, provisioning and deprovisioning, joiner-mover-leaver processes, access governance and role-based access control.
- Experience connecting identity platforms to Active Directory or LDAP, cloud directories, HR systems, databases and REST or SOAP APIs.
- Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON and XML.
- Experience with SCIM, SAML or OpenID Connect is especially relevant to Okta-focused work.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across identity workflows, connectors, provisioning and integrations.
- Experience producing technical documentation and supporting testing and deployment.
- Confident in client-facing communication and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- SailPoint experience with Identity Security Cloud and/or IdentityIQ, including workflows, connectors, roles or policies, transforms, or equivalent configuration.
- Saviynt experience with Saviynt EIC or IGA, including lifecycle management, access request workflows, integrations, correlation and reconciliation, role-based access control, entitlements, segregation of duties and certification campaigns.
- Okta experience with application integrations, lifecycle management and provisioning, authentication and access policies, SSO and MFA, APIs, SCIM and/or Workflows.
- Vendor certifications are an advantage but are not required.
- Practical IAM experience is essential; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered alongside formal qualifications.
- Helpful additional experience includes work across multiple IAM or IGA platforms; Microsoft Azure, AWS or GCP; ServiceNow or other ITSM integrations; security, audit, governance or compliance requirements; or mentoring junior consultants and developing reusable delivery standards.
