- Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for large data workloads.
- Use PySpark and Databricks to run complex data transformations and workflows.
- Optimize pipelines for speed, scalability, and cloud cost efficiency.
- Work with engineering and business teams to turn requirements into reliable data solutions.
- Troubleshoot and prevent complex processing issues and pipeline bottlenecks.
- Apply best practices for data quality, governance, and system performance.
Prasības
- Bring 5–7 years of hands-on data engineering experience delivering production-grade solutions.
- Demonstrate strong PySpark skills.
- Have extensive practical experience with Databricks.
- Have advanced knowledge of Databricks AutoLoader.
- Have advanced Python knowledge.
- Know data engineering best practices, performance tuning, and compute cost optimization.
- Understand ETL processes from end to end.
- Have experience with complex data transformations and pipeline optimization.
- Bring strong problem-solving skills.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
- Be currently based in Latin America.
