Apraksts

Improve the RCM platform’s architecture, tools, and technologies.
Build end-to-end revenue cycle management products.
Manage integration workflows from design and development through deployment and post-launch monitoring.
Work with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to gather requirements, set technical direction, and prioritize work.
Strengthen reliability and observability with monitoring, logging, and alerting.
Improve web application performance and scalability.
Partner with infrastructure and backend teams to support high availability and resilience.
Mentor and guide engineers.
Review code, uphold engineering practices, and advance architecture.
Develop AI systems for claims submission, remittance posting, denials and appeals, and document extraction.

Prasības

Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or have equivalent extensive experience.
Have at least five years of professional software development experience.
Be proficient in frontend languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Be proficient in backend languages such as Python, Go, or C++.
Have experience with Git, GCP or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring and alerting tools.
Demonstrate a record of designing and delivering end-to-end solutions and making effective architectural decisions.
Communicate and collaborate effectively.
Work well in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Be able to work in the office at least three days per week.
Follow information security policies and report confirmed or potential security events.
State whether US work authorization sponsorship will be required.
