RTX Remote Finance Manager, Global Supply Chain

Manage financial planning for RTX Pratt & Whitney’s global supply chain, including operating expenses and material overhead. Forecast costs, report performance, assess financial risks, and improve processes across teams.

Apraksts

  • Oversee the Global Supply Chain’s approximately $600 million operating expense budget and approximately $10 billion in receipts
  • Reduce the material overhead rate
  • Prepare financial reports and analysis, improve processes, and coordinate across departments
  • Work with cost center owners on operating expense management, monthly analysis, and forecasts
  • Partner with procurement and the SIOP team to assess risks and opportunities across the approximately $10 billion receipt base
  • Consolidate monthly close activities and report variance analysis for more than 150 material overhead cost centers
  • Attend weekly meetings and prepare updates on financial performance
  • Identify and implement process changes that improve productivity and operational efficiency

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or supply chain management and at least 8 years of experience in a financial or accounting role, or an advanced degree in finance, accounting, or operations or supply chain management and at least 5 years of related experience
  • Strong analytical ability and accurate forecasting skills
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting and reporting financial data to leadership
  • Demonstrated experience working across functions, including with procurement and operations teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
  • Only U.S. citizens may access information under this program or contract
  • Preferred: experience with financial analysis and budgeting for large-scale operations
  • Preferred: familiarity with SAP, Business Warehouse, HFM, or other financial management systems
  • Preferred: ability to collaborate on and lead initiatives across departments
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment
