Apraksts

  • Lead design across client projects, from discovery and wireframes to polished interfaces.
  • Research users through interviews, usability tests and data analysis to validate design choices.
  • Turn business needs into intuitive wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity Figma designs.
  • Create responsive, accessible and technically practical interfaces that follow design principles and WCAG guidance.
  • Build and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistent, efficient project work.
  • Work with project managers, developers and QA teams throughout design and development.
  • Use AI tools to explore design options, prototype ideas and improve the quality of your work.
  • Explain and support design decisions with clients and stakeholders, championing user needs.
  • Test and refine designs using user feedback and data.

Prasības

  • At least two years of professional UX/UI design experience.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design for web and mobile applications.
  • A thorough grasp of user-centred design methods, interaction design and visual design fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and turn findings into design improvements.
  • A solid understanding of responsive design principles and practices.
  • Confidence challenging assumptions and advocating for user-focused solutions.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their use in design.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time well and communicate asynchronously.
  • Fluent English at C1 level, with strong written and spoken communication for client interactions.
  • Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams.
  • Experience at a digital agency or software development company.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Familiarity with prototyping and usability testing tools.
  • Expertise in fintech, Ad Tech, iGaming, healthcare or e-commerce.
  • Experience with AI-assisted design tools such as Cursor or Claude Code for prototyping and building interactive concepts.
