Design Stripe’s in-person payment experiences across hardware and software, including Dashboard workflows and customer-facing tools for merchants, cashiers, and payers.

- Shape payments features across Stripe Dashboard and customer-facing products with product and engineering partners.
- Work with go-to-market teams to launch features to users.
- Create features and raise quality across frequently used workflows.
- Set product direction for changing user needs in a data- and AI-driven environment.
- Study user workflows and pain points, then create, test, and refine high-quality designs.
- Define new feature experiences with product, engineering, marketing, and strategy teams.
- Build prototypes for user research and internal communication.
- Coordinate across Stripe to create a cohesive Dashboard experience.
- Research with users to validate design decisions before launch.
- Work with design systems teams to use and improve templates and components.
Prasības
- At least four years of relevant design experience at a product-focused technology company.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design craft.
- Proven ability to create high-fidelity prototypes.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, evidenced through design deliverables, videos, and written materials.
