Apraksts

  • Lead strategic consulting engagements with utility customers
  • Turn business objectives into architecture direction, transition roadmaps, and practical transformation plans
  • Run workshops and advise executive and operational stakeholders
  • Develop customer-facing strategic roadmaps, business requirements documents, and architecture recommendations
  • Develop enterprise opportunities with Sales, Presales, Product Management, Engineering, and Services teams
  • Support GridOS Data Fabric deals from negotiation through implementation planning
  • Advise on data architecture and define technical requirements
  • Set customer expectations in line with platform capabilities
  • Coordinate with specialists in cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, data, and solution applications
  • Create reusable consulting methods, resources, and playbooks
  • Share customer engagement feedback with Product Management and Engineering
  • Connect customers with product and engineering teams on technical matters

Prasības

  • At least five years of experience in architecture, consulting, solution strategy, or digital transformation
  • Experience documenting requirements in BRDs, SADs, or SOWs
  • Experience designing distributed Data Fabric and Data Mesh architectures
  • Ability to define metadata, lineage, semantics, and domain federation
  • Knowledge of API-first design and event-driven architectures
  • Expertise in logical data modeling and domain modeling
  • Knowledge of at least one of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and hybrid deployment patterns
  • Ability to read and write performant SQL, including CTEs and dynamic SQL
  • Broad enterprise architecture knowledge across business, data, application, and technology domains
  • Knowledge of TOGAF or an equivalent framework
  • Familiarity with utility environments and systems such as ADMS, AEMS/EMS, DERMS, or comparable platforms
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • IT/OT integration or transformation experience preferred
  • Strategic consulting or enterprise deal-shaping experience preferred
  • Knowledge of DataOps, Git-based version control, CI/CD for data pipelines, and reproducible data workflows preferred
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python preferred
  • Experience with metadata management platforms such as DataHub preferred
  • Experience with dashboards and self-service reporting tools such as Apache Superset or Power BI preferred
  • Ability to design AI-ready data environments
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, where applicable
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required
