Remote DevOps Engineer in France
Build and operate scalable Azure infrastructure and internal platforms for 360Learning’s collaborative learning SaaS. Automate deployments while strengthening reliability, security, and developer experience.

- Design and maintain cloud infrastructure and the internal platform.
- Work with Development, Architecture, AI, and Data engineering teams.
- Build scalable infrastructure, optimize costs, reduce operational toil, and speed delivery.
- Improve DevOps practices through SRE and platform engineering initiatives.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
- Automate application, configuration, and infrastructure deployments.
- Strengthen security, scalability, and performance across systems.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot problems, and improve system stability and availability.
- Operate and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Protect systems and data and ensure compliance.
- Join on-call rotations and provide round-the-clock support.
- Handle incidents and lead post-incident reviews.
- Support developers’ day-to-day work and encourage good practices.
- Create and improve internal deployment tools and templates.
- Enhance monitoring and load testing.
- Contribute to platform performance and reliability decisions.
- Train the R&D team in DevOps culture and practices.
Prasības
- At least three years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar position.
- Ideally, prior experience at a technology or SaaS company.
- Ability to operate production systems.
- Interest in platform engineering and developer experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or GitOps.
- Experience with container technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system administration.
- Scripting or programming experience.
- A strong interest in automation and continuous improvement.
- Working proficiency in English at B2 level or equivalent.
