Apraksts

  • Lead complex fiscal initiatives across a national nonprofit.
  • Coordinate between the Budget Team, Development, Program Operations, Contracts, field leaders, and programs.
  • Keep timelines, budget deliverables, and compliance milestones aligned.
  • Oversee projects related to budgeting.
  • Help field leaders meet programmatic and fiscal goals.
  • Organize project tracking, documentation, and shared filing systems.
  • Make information accessible across departments.
  • Coordinate team activities and communication among internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure fiscal deliverables remain accountable.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, public administration, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in fiscal coordination, budgeting, project management, or nonprofit financial operations.
  • Experience with grant-funded programs and cross-functional project oversight is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with database systems is helpful.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.
  • A driver’s license is preferred.
