Apraksts

Represent ALB Conciergerie as a sales agent in your area.
Find and approach property owners.
Convince owners to entrust ALB with managing their properties.
Negotiate and sign property management agreements.
Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers.
Manage relationships with property owners and guests.
Develop a client portfolio that generates recurring monthly income.
Set your own schedule across remote and fieldwork.
Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions from their activity.

Prasības

Work as an independent contractor or freelancer.
Be able to persuade property owners and build trust.
Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome.
