Serve shoppers at Crocs’ Mid Valley Kuala Lumpur store in a part-time role. Support product presentation, point-of-sale operations, stock replenishment, and store sales targets.
Apraksts
- Provide customers with attentive service guided by the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Help create a positive team environment by sharing ideas, suggestions, and concerns
- Support customer service, product knowledge and placement, visual merchandising, and stockroom tasks
- Handle daily store operations, including POS use, replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty promotions, and store cleanliness and recovery
- Work with store management to improve individual performance indicators through sales techniques
- Follow asset protection procedures for loss prevention, inventory control, and compliance
Prasības
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have SPM / O Level education or higher
- Have 1 to 2 years of work experience; retail experience is preferred
- Be fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Be available for rotating shifts, including evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
- Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Be able to use a retail point-of-sale system
- Be motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, growing retail environment
