Lead Data and AI Engineer, Palantir Foundry

Lead development of Palantir Foundry pipelines, ontologies, and agentic AI solutions for Software Mind’s global clients. Guide production delivery while working hands-on with client teams.

Apraksts

  • Develop and maintain Foundry data pipelines, ontology components, and applications
  • Create semantic and context layers using Palantir ontology features, including Object, Link, and Action Types, Interfaces, and Property Sets
  • Build large language model workflows with AIP Logic, AIP Automate, and AIP Assist
  • Move agentic AI use cases from prototype to production through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
  • Lead the team’s Palantir work while contributing hands-on
  • Shape solutions, review code, mentor engineers, and clear technical blockers
  • Take responsibility for the technical delivery of assigned solutions
  • Turn business needs into implementation plans and guide solutions through production deployment
  • Lead technical conversations with client stakeholders
  • Communicate design choices, trade-offs, dependencies, and delivery risks

Prasības

  • Practical Palantir Foundry and/or AIP experience on client or production projects
  • Experience developing agentic or generative AI applications is strongly preferred
  • Strong software engineering and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience connecting AI to enterprise data sources, APIs, and business systems
  • Solid data engineering experience with structured and unstructured data
  • Able to work through fast delivery cycles and shifting requirements
  • Strong English communication with technical and business stakeholders
  • Available to work EST business hours
  • Preferred: Production deployments using Palantir Ontology Linter, Data Lineage, CBAC, or Foundry Marketplace
  • Preferred: Experience with semantic layers, ontologies, or knowledge graphs
  • Preferred: Experience with Azure, Azure AI Foundry, or Databricks/Genie
  • Preferred: Experience with GitHub CI/CD and DevOps or DevSecOps tools
  • Preferred: Experience deploying models from OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM providers, including model selection and cost optimization
  • Preferred: Experience creating reusable agent skills, tools, or components
