  • Develop customer engagements for Intelligence Center X from initial ideas through delivery.
  • Turn business challenges and complex data environments into enterprise ontologies.
  • Create agents and machine learning systems that reason over enterprise data and take action.
  • Deliver functional agentic applications and business cases that support customer investment decisions.
  • Work directly with customers to address relevant data and business challenges.
  • Lead working sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with sales teams and strategic partners.
  • Report to the ICX Engineering Manager for the Americas.
  • Inform the ICX product roadmap through customer work.

Prasības

  • Practical experience or strong potential in agentic AI and ontology.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders in customer-facing settings.
  • Background in data engineering and analytics.
  • Experience with contemporary data and AI platforms, such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Google Cloud, AWS data lakes, Palantir, or C3.ai.
  • Experience with agentic AI, including large language models, retrieval, tool use, and MCP.
  • Familiarity with agent development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience modeling enterprise ontologies or knowledge graphs.
  • Machine learning and data science experience, including forecasting, anomaly detection, or classification.
  • Experience in forward-deployed engineering, presales, or innovative professional services.
  • Technical consulting experience designing and building agentic AI, data, and analytics solutions.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharma, aerospace, or financial services.
  • Candidates from recent graduates to experienced data and AI professionals are considered; no minimum years of experience is specified.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
