Create digital-first campaigns for Trulieve’s recreational cannabis retail markets. Produce high volumes of creative for email, web, social, paid media, and CRM.

- Create digital creative for retail promotions, product launches, and ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Produce assets for email, websites, paid media, social channels, digital advertising, and CRM.
- Support coordinated campaigns that uphold brand consistency and encourage customer engagement and revenue.
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Brand teams to turn business objectives into creative work.
- Handle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment with tight deadlines.
- Check that creative meets brand guidelines, production specifications, and quality standards.
- Help improve creative workflows, efficiency, and design systems.
Prasības
- Bring at least five years of professional graphic design experience, particularly in retail digital marketing.
- Have a track record of designing high-volume promotional and campaign creative in a fast-paced setting.
- Understand digital marketing practices for email, websites, social media, paid media, and e-commerce.
- Be highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Communicate and present effectively while working across departments.
- Demonstrate a strong output focus and a record of delivering quality work at scale.
- Be expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, and Figma.
- Have experience applying established brand systems across campaigns and audiences.
- Motion graphics experience and knowledge of Adobe After Effects are a plus.
