Front-End Developer (AI-First, Vue.js) — Turkey Remote
Build AI-powered web products at Insider One, a platform for marketing and customer engagement. Develop Vue.js applications using AI-first workflows and scalable front-end practices.

- Contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from product development and release through ongoing maintenance.
- Research emerging and established technologies, assess their value, and share findings with the team.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, colleagues, and partner teams to write efficient code.
- Propose new application features and improvements to products and processes.
- Build proof-of-concept applications when needed.
- Coordinate with back-end developers to integrate APIs.
- Monitor error channels to help maintain product quality.
- Write code that is reusable, maintainable, and scalable.
- Maintain and improve the performance of front-end features.
- Review code daily to support quality and share knowledge.
- Build web products for marketing and customer engagement teams using modern technologies.
Prasības
- At least four years of experience as a front-end developer.
- Experience with modern tools and libraries such as NPM, Vite, Webpack, and Babel.
- Experience with micro-frontend architectures.
- Daily practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Comfort working in an AI-first development workflow with AI agents.
- Ability to write effective prompts and give agents suitable context.
- Ability to critically assess AI-generated code and take responsibility for its quality, security, and maintainability.
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
- Strong knowledge of Vue.js, including the Composition API and Options API.
- Experience with Sass or another compiled CSS language.
- Experience with responsive web design.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
- Experience improving page performance.
- Experience maintaining, scaling, and monitoring systems.
- Familiarity with application performance and error tracking tools such as Sentry, Datadog, and Site24x7.
- Ability to write clean, semantic front-end code.
- Experience with unit, visual, and end-to-end testing.
- Ability to work independently and proactively across multiple teams.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in new technologies.
- TypeScript knowledge and experience are an advantage.
