Apraksts

  • Shape visual identities for real-world brands and products within the Tendem project
  • Develop core assets such as logos, complete identity systems, and color palettes
  • Prepare, organize, and deliver variations of key brand elements
  • Maintain consistent branding across pitch decks, social media kits, and other materials
  • Create durable, scalable visual systems based on contemporary design standards
  • Review designs across platforms to confirm quality and consistency in digital and print formats
  • Refresh visual direction while preserving cohesive brand touchpoints across media

Prasības

  • At least two years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable
  • A strong portfolio centered on brand identity, logo development, and comprehensive brand guidelines
  • Thorough knowledge of adapting brand foundations for digital and print applications
  • Ability to work independently when creating durable visual systems
  • Advanced skill in developing foundational assets from the ground up, including scalable logos, distinctive palettes, and typography systems
  • Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite—Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign—alongside Figma
  • Demonstrated ability to apply brand identities to social media kits, corporate pitch decks, and printed materials
  • Strong organizational ability to create brand guidelines, style guides, and well-structured asset libraries
  • Strategic, highly attentive approach focused on sustaining long-term brand equity
  • Commitment to protecting visual consistency as the brand gatekeeper
  • Independent, resourceful work style with the ability to resolve issues and deliver polished assets
  • Include a portfolio of branding work in the CV
  • Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2) or higher is required
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related creative field is a plus
