  • Prepare recurring financial, operational, and performance reports.
  • Build dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews for executive audiences.
  • Assess business performance across revenue, growth, profitability, customer, and renewal measures.
  • Compare data across systems and investigate reporting differences to find their causes.
  • Work with finance, operations, and data teams to improve reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Investigate data quality problems and coordinate their resolution across stakeholder groups.
  • Contribute to annual planning, forecasting, target setting, and performance tracking.
  • Develop analytical models that reveal business trends, opportunities, and performance.
  • Find ways to automate reporting and reduce manual work.
  • Turn complex data into clear recommendations and insights for leaders.
  • Record reporting methods, assumptions, and business rules to support ongoing work and knowledge transfer.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, analytics, information systems, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, revenue or sales operations, business operations, consulting, or a related analytical field.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience developing executive reporting, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Experience investigating data quality issues and resolving reporting discrepancies.
  • Ability to explain complex information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or another business intelligence platform.
  • Experience supporting financial reporting, forecasting, planning, or business review processes.
  • Familiarity with revenue analytics, profitability analysis, customer metrics, target management, or performance measurement.
  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Professional services or consulting experience.
  • Experience improving data governance, reporting processes, or organizational analytics maturity.
  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; employment visa or extension sponsorship is unavailable.
