Financial Analyst (Contract) — Kyndryl, Regina
Support Kyndryl’s technology services with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and modeling in SAP and Excel. Advise management on business performance, risks, and decisions.

- Review financial data, trends, and performance metrics
- Prepare reports, forecasts, variance analyses, and applicable journal entries
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize revenue
- Help develop budgets and financial projections
- Track results against budgets and recommend adjustments
- Build financial models to evaluate business scenarios
- Analyze data using Excel and SAP financial software
- Determine the key drivers of financial performance
- Give management data-based support for business decisions
- Recommend investment and risk mitigation actions
- Follow financial regulations and company policies
- Support internal audits and risk assessments
- Identify financial risks and suggest ways to address them
- Report to the Manager, Financial Business Solutions
Prasības
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce, with a finance or accounting major
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- At least two years of practical training and work experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to improve and automate processes as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead meetings
- Ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks with demanding turnaround times
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
