Finance Director, Murcia (Hybrid)
Lead financial strategy, profitability controls, and treasury management for a company within a multinational group. Report directly to the General Manager and serve on the Management Committee.
Apraksts
- Set and lead the company’s financial strategy in line with corporate goals
- Provide financial and economic insight to the Management Committee
- Prepare the annual budget and update forecasts regularly
- Track variances between budget, actual results, and forecasts
- Define financial KPIs and corrective actions
- Analyze profitability across business lines, analytical services, and clients
- Identify financial risks and recommend improvements
- Prepare and present monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to management
- Build dashboards to monitor margins, costs, and operational efficiency
- Oversee general and cost accounting, invoicing, collections, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Approve monthly and annual closings
- Manage treasury and cash flow forecasts
- Maintain banking relationships and assess financing needs
- Optimize the company’s financial structure
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and advisers
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and commercial regulations
- Lead the administration team and improve and automate financial processes in the ERP
Prasības
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- An MBA or finance specialization is an advantage
- Five to ten years of experience in finance roles
- Experience managing teams and coordinating external audits
- Advanced knowledge of financial ERP systems such as SAP or Navision
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level is required
- Driving licence and availability to travel
- Strong analytical ability, business strategy perspective, attention to detail, results focus, and communication skills for reporting to management
