Embedded Firmware Engineer, Qualcomm SoCs
Develop Qualcomm SoC drivers and tests for Bragi’s smart audio platform. Build firmware for earbuds, headsets, speakers, and charging cases.

- Prototype, integrate, and develop embedded C components and drivers for customer audio products, including earbuds, charging cases, headsets, and speakers.
- Deliver products to requirements on multiple SoCs, primarily Qualcomm platforms, including the S7.
- Configure and measure hardware and software during prototyping and pre-production.
- Create unit, integration, and automated tests to verify software integrity.
- Apply AI and analysis tools to development, code review, and validation to identify potential codebase issues.
- Work with agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
- Contribute to products for major audio brands and devices used by millions of people.
Prasības
- At least five years of experience as an embedded engineer.
- Strong C programming skills, especially for embedded systems.
- Experience designing, developing, and debugging low-level software on embedded targets.
- Experience with Qualcomm Bluetooth SoCs, including QCC51**, QCC309*, or QCC71**.
- Familiarity with ADK (SDK) updates.
- Knowledge of SPI, UART, I2C, and USB peripheral interfaces.
- Experience interpreting sensor datasheets and implementing drivers.
- Familiarity with hardware tools such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and power measurement equipment.
- Willingness to work in agile Scrum or Kanban teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience with QCC S7 is a strong advantage.
- Experience with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or other wireless communication protocols is a strong advantage.
- Experience developing battery-powered devices with limited memory and power is a strong advantage.
- Previous collaboration with mobile developers is a strong advantage.
- Experience with production processes and support is a strong advantage.
- Experience with STM processes is a strong advantage.
- Experience with charging topologies is a strong advantage.
