Apraksts

  • Lead Florida project managers and construction teams.
  • Direct the construction portfolio from preconstruction and permitting through completion, handover, and warranty.
  • Plan and manage annual operations, budgets, staffing, schedules, and performance targets.
  • Track project profitability, budgets, remaining costs, cash flow, change orders, and financial results.
  • Provide field leadership to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
  • Review schedules, near-term work plans, staffing, trade performance, procurement, and recovery strategies.
  • Oversee trade partners and vendors, including performance reviews, scope assessments, and replacement decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to safety rules, building codes, inspection requirements, quality standards, and applicable Florida regulations.
  • Coordinate with preconstruction, purchasing, land development, and internal teams to prepare projects for construction.
  • Lead customer communications, handover, closeout, warranty work, and resolution of major customer concerns.
  • Set and maintain consistent construction procedures, documentation, reporting, and project controls.
  • Review projects and portfolio performance regularly, reporting financial results, risks, staffing, and operational priorities to executive leadership.
  • Spot operational risks and take corrective action to improve project results and support regional growth.

Prasības

  • Bring 10 or more years of construction experience, including substantial leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrate success overseeing multiple construction projects and project management teams.
  • Understand construction finance, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and project controls.
  • Residential construction or large-scale construction operations experience is preferred.
  • Know the Florida Building Code and state-specific construction requirements.
  • Show strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Manage competing priorities while maintaining a strong field presence and accountability.
  • Experience with Buildertrend or comparable construction management software is preferred.
  • Be based in the Fernandina Beach, Florida area for local project site visits.
  • Be willing to travel occasionally to the main office in Atlanta, Georgia.
