- Design and deliver technology solutions across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud and on-premises environments
- Build, improve and optimise infrastructure, platforms and tools
- Monitor and enhance platform performance, security, reliability and efficiency
- Resolve complex technical issues by finding root causes and implementing lasting solutions
- Promote modern DevOps practices, automation and ongoing improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient, high-performing solutions
- Guide, mentor and support fellow engineers
- Find ways to simplify processes and improve system capabilities
- Advance technology across cloud environments, data centres, warehouses and stores
Prasības
- Demonstrated experience in DevOps engineering
- A strong grasp of modern DevOps practices in complex enterprise settings
- Substantial cloud engineering expertise, preferably with Microsoft Azure
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control and automation tools
- A commitment to continuous improvement and learning new technologies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to mentor colleagues and share technical knowledge
- Experience in platform engineering and building scalable, reusable infrastructure
- Familiarity with observability tools, proactive monitoring and performance tuning
- Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices
- A solid grounding in software engineering principles and practices
- Knowledge of networking technologies such as DNS, firewalls and routing
