Creative Manager, Graphic Design and Production
Create branded digital, print, social and event content for Shift, which supports Australian SMEs with cash flow and financing. Build self-service templates and maintain creative quality across channels.

- Keep Shift’s visual identity and creative work consistent across channels
- Manage creative briefs from scoping through delivery, setting priorities and timelines
- Build and maintain Microsoft and Canva templates for self-service content
- Review and approve work created by other team members
- Typeset and produce reports, documents and other collateral
- Create digital and social advertising materials
- Develop event materials such as signage and trade stand displays
- Publish straightforward, repeatable web content using templates
- Gradually assume creative and publishing approvals from the Senior Digital Manager
- Work with the Senior Brand Manager, Senior Digital Manager and teams across the business
Prasības
- At least five years of experience in graphic design, creative production or a related area
- Experience creating work for digital, social, email, print and event channels
- Strong typesetting skills and experience producing long-form documents such as reports
- Ability to work within an established brand system
- Confidence working with stakeholders, developing briefs and managing timelines
- Ability to balance competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including InDesign
- Proficiency in Canva, including creating and maintaining templates
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and working knowledge of Word and SharePoint
- Working knowledge of WordPress or another CMS, HTML for pre-built email templates, and CRM platforms
- Careful attention to detail and strong visual craft
