Brand Marketing Manager, Global Events – New York, NY Onsite
Lead consumer activations and global events for Paramount+ and Pluto TV. Coordinate experiential programs, sponsorships, logistics, budgets, and international stakeholders.

- Plan and execute global consumer activations, experiential programs, sponsorships, and live events for Paramount+ and Pluto TV
- Manage project timelines, workbacks, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Oversee venues, staffing, travel, shipping, credentialing, vendors, and production needs
- Coordinate event operations, identify risks, and resolve execution challenges
- Support on-site event management and delivery
- Track budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and financial reconciliations with finance partners
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Communications, Social, Media, Partnerships, Production, Programming, Legal, Finance, and International teams
- Coordinate communications among internal stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and external partners
- Manage approvals, asset requests, creative reviews, and operational requirements
- Maintain alignment across domestic and international teams
- Contribute to activation strategy, event concepts, consumer experiences, and engagement opportunities
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, status reports, meeting recaps, and stakeholder updates
- Assess risks, dependencies, and operational issues and recommend solutions
- Support presentations, planning materials, executive updates, and post-event recaps
- Monitor activation metrics, attendee feedback, earned media results, and partner reporting
- Lead post-event reviews and document learnings and recommendations
- Recommend improvements to processes, execution, and consumer impact
Prasības
- At least 6 years of experience in consumer activation, experiential marketing, live events, brand activations, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale consumer activations, festivals, conventions, experiential programs, or live events
- Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple workstreams
- Highly organized with careful attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with varied teams and stakeholders
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Experience in entertainment, media, streaming, sports, or consumer brands
- Experience supporting international events or collaborating with global stakeholders
- Understanding of fan conventions, experiential marketing, or live event production
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus
- Experience with Latin American markets and international stakeholders is preferred
- Interest in entertainment, pop culture, sports, and consumer engagement
