Associate Attorney, Workers' Compensation (California Remote)
Represent California workers in workers’ compensation matters as an Associate Attorney at Abramson Labor Group. Manage cases, depositions, client negotiations, and resolutions in a remote role.
Apraksts
- Manage a caseload from intake through resolution
- Prepare clients for depositions
- Attend depositions
- Process deposition invoices
- Handle client inquiries requiring attorney negotiation and advance matters toward resolution
- Respond to incoming emails and telephone calls
- Guide and support non-attorney team members as needed
- Contribute positively to the workplace and model strong leadership for non-attorneys
- Take part in team events during and outside working hours
- Provide management feedback to help improve client service at ALG
- Report to an assigned Senior Associate
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff
Prasības
- Active admission to the California State Bar is required
- Must reside in California
- Must be in good standing with the California State Bar
- Newly admitted attorneys and attorneys who sat for the February 2026 Bar are encouraged to apply
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Experience with doctors' depositions is preferred
