AI Safety Red Teamer
Mercor is seeking an AI Safety Red Teamer to probe frontier AI models for weaknesses across high-risk domains. The work supports AI labs in training and improving advanced systems.
Apraksts
- Create adversarial prompts to test frontier AI models.
- Find jailbreaks, unsafe behavior, hallucinations, and policy failures.
- Assess model robustness across misinformation, cybersecurity, biosecurity, fraud, political content, and other sensitive areas.
- Record vulnerabilities and help produce safety benchmarks and red-teaming reports.
- Work with AI researchers to strengthen model alignment, robustness, and safety.
- Contribute to projects that train and improve AI systems.
Prasības
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, cybersecurity, journalism, communications, psychology, biology, chemistry, public policy, or a related field.
- At least five years of professional experience in AI safety, AI red teaming, trust and safety, cybersecurity, investigative journalism, life sciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical reasoning, prompt design, and written communication abilities.
- Experience creating adversarial prompts or assessing frontier AI systems.
- Must reside in one of the listed eligible countries: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Switzerland, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Monaco, Moldova, North Macedonia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United States, or Kosovo.
