Apraksts

  • Coordinate international statutory audits across multiple countries
  • Act as the main contact for external auditors and accounting advisors
  • Track audit requests, open items, issues, timelines, deliverables, and reporting needs
  • Work with advisors on local statutory statements and conversion of U.S. GAAP information to local standards
  • Review U.S. GAAP-to-local GAAP reconciliations, bridge files, supporting schedules, and statutory reporting deliverables
  • Maintain the international audit calendar and flag risks early enough to protect deadlines
  • Coordinate with Finance, Tax, HR, Legal, and Treasury to gather financial information and documentation
  • Take part in monthly close work, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reviews
  • Support timely, accurate reporting and the annual U.S. consolidated financial statement audit
  • Improve accounting controls, documentation, and consistency across global operations
  • Simplify and automate accounting, reconciliation, and audit processes
  • Create repeatable workflows and tracking tools that improve visibility and accountability
  • Use AI-enabled tools while protecting financial controls and data confidentiality
  • Develop solutions and scalable accounting operations as the business grows

Prasības

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • At least five years of combined public and corporate accounting experience
  • Experience at a Big Four or other top 10 accounting firm is preferred
  • An active CPA license is strongly preferred
  • Corporate accounting background that includes month-end close, financial reporting, and external audit support
  • Practical experience managing or coordinating international statutory audits
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with translating U.S. GAAP financial information to local accounting standards
  • Experience coordinating multiple audit workstreams, deliverables, and deadlines across stakeholders or regions
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, proactive in follow-up, and accountable in resolving issues
  • Able to work hands-on in a fast-moving, changing environment
  • Able to spot inefficiencies, improve processes, and establish effective workflows
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Practical use of AI or automation tools in accounting, reporting, or related workflows, with appropriate review of results
  • Must be based in a U.S. state where 3E is authorized to hire and eligible to work without sponsorship
  • Preferred: Experience with U.S. GAAP-to-local GAAP reconciliations or bridge files
  • Preferred: Multinational company experience, ideally including European statutory reporting
  • Preferred: Experience in a mid-sized, high-growth, SaaS, or private equity-backed company
  • Preferred: Experience coordinating external accounting service providers in multiple countries
  • Preferred: Experience improving or automating accounting processes and workflows.
