Blue Ventures is a marine conservation organisation working alongside small-scale fishers and coastal communities to rebuild fisheries and protect ocean life. Its work began in Madagascar and now spans more than a dozen countries, where it partners with traditional fishing communities and local organisations to develop and sustain community-led fisheries management. The organisation also connects partners to share practical tools and advocate for reforms that support coastal livelihoods, food security and healthy oceans. Its hiring brings people into work focused on community fisheries and marine conservation.
