  • Create posts, graphics, and short videos for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Coordinate content with the founder and go-to-market team.
  • Test and build AI-assisted workflows for copywriting, image generation, and video repurposing.
  • Help the leadership team grow its LinkedIn presence, from researching topics to preparing finished posts.
  • Follow workflow automation discussions and engage with comments.
  • Share relevant trends with the team.
  • Set up tools for content scheduling, social listening, and trend research.
  • Streamline content planning to reduce manual work.
  • Track engagement, reach, and other performance metrics.
  • Run A/B tests on content formats and copy, then turn the results into practical insights.
  • Strengthen Flowers’ social media presence and help build an engaged B2B community.
  • Take on increasing responsibility for individual formats and channels.

Reikalavimai

  • Currently enrolled at a university or college, preferably in communications, marketing, media, business administration, or a related subject, with at least 12 months of study remaining.
  • Understand LinkedIn and Instagram and, ideally, have managed a channel for yourself, a club, an initiative, or an employer.
  • Use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or image generators regularly, and want to change how work is done with them.
  • Enjoy writing and can make complex topics clear and accessible.
  • Work independently and in an organized way, while bringing forward your own ideas.
  • Native-level German proficiency.
  • Fluent English.
