UPS Inside Sales Representative
Support UPS logistics customers and grow existing accounts in Barcelona or Madrid. After training, work remotely three days per week on a hybrid schedule.
Aprašymas
- Act as the main contact for current and prospective customers
- Respond to logistics inquiries and deliver high-quality customer service
- Keep customers informed of developments and offer constructive guidance
- Find opportunities to grow business within the existing portfolio
- Share ideas that support organizational growth and ongoing improvement
- Relay customer needs and requirements to operations teams
- Retain and grow the existing customer portfolio
Reikalavimai
- Intermediate or advanced vocational training certificate required
- Completed or ongoing university studies are an advantage
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Catalan proficiency is an advantage
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong skills in identifying and analyzing business needs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible with working hours
- The schedule may be 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
