Telco Cloud Architect - Red Hat Remote France
Design and deliver large-scale telco cloud platforms for Red Hat customers in France. Lead OpenShift and OpenStack architecture, automation, deployments, consulting engagements, and pre-sales delivery.

- Drive adoption of Red Hat solutions with telecom service providers, network equipment vendors, and systems integrator partners
- Map customer requirements and use cases to suitable solution capabilities through onsite and remote engagement
- Own the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale telco cloud platforms using OpenShift and automation frameworks
- Run discovery, analysis, and design workshops that shape customer use cases and architectural decisions
- Guide consulting teams through customer pilots and production deployments
- Create enablement content for pre-sales, consulting, and support teams to scale telco solutions
- Partner with product business units, engineering, consulting, support, and sales organizations
- Build repeatable methodologies and tools that expand services capabilities and reduce delivery risk
- Write white papers and webinars and represent the company at industry conferences
- Architect distributed OpenShift platforms across core and edge environments
- Design CNF and VNF onboarding and lifecycle management workflows
- Build automated deployment and operations pipelines with ZTP, GitOps, and Ansible
- Integrate customer network and IT environments, including legacy OSS and BSS systems
- Develop architecture-led Statements of Work, effort estimates, and service scopes
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in telecommunications, network engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent industry certification
- Deep knowledge of modern telecom networks, protocols, and their implementation in software-based solutions
- Extensive experience designing and delivering cloud and automation technologies for telecom network platforms through distributed, cross-functional teams
- Broad technical expertise and hands-on experience with OpenShift, OpenStack, software-defined storage, and Ansible Automation in telecom environments
- Strong consultative customer engagement experience with a major software vendor, systems integrator, network equipment provider, or telecom services provider
- Flexible, creative, solution-oriented sales mindset with the ability to operate in complex environments involving diverse teams and multiple products and services
- Ability to independently learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Extensive experience presenting to C-level executives at large organizations
