Social Media and Content Manager
Lead organic social media for Sivara, a German lingerie and maternity wear brand, building reach on Instagram and TikTok through video, community engagement, and creator content.

- Plan and deliver organic social content from concept to publication
- Manage Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, and posts
- Produce and edit videos using creator contributions and original footage
- Manage Instagram and Facebook communities, responding to comments and messages
- Turn recurring customer questions into Stories and Reels
- Find user-generated content creators and negotiate barter partnerships
- Work with platforms such as Trybe
- Prepare creator shot lists, then gather and organize submitted content
- Appear on camera and share Stories from daily work
- Support ad creative development and record advertising voice-overs
- Manage and grow affiliate and promotional partnerships
- Set the channels’ voice and visual direction
- Review content performance and plan the next month
Reikalavimai
- Experience in social media marketing or content creation, ideally for a brand or in e-commerce
- Confident video editing skills with CapCut, Premiere, or a similar tool
- A pleasant, natural speaking voice and readiness to record voice-overs regularly
- Outgoing manner and enthusiasm for appearing on camera
- Willingness to appear on camera, use a microphone, and make face-to-camera Stories
- Ability to spot and test emerging formats and trends early
